Immerse yourself in the practices of mindfulness with a weekend of yoga, meditation, deep breathing, journaling, body scan, and walking meditation. Spend the weekend in the beautiful Colorado Rockies with an intimate group of like-minded people to get the support, experience and community you need to create your mindful year.
In a secluded, but not too remote retreat center (a little over 2 hours from Denver) Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort is nestled in the Rocky Mountains, with rushing rivers, hiking trails, and some of the most spectacular views on earth.

Blocked lodging includes Cliffside rooms with a king or two queens sleeping 2-4 people $145/night per room and cabins sleep up to 6 for $325/night per cabin (plus tax)
Retreat officially begins with dinner on Friday at 6pm and ends with lunch on Sunday at noon. You are welcome to come early or stay late on either day.
