Day 27 Remembering

Well, I had every intention of being mindful, present and determined to make good choices yesterday at our Thanksgiving feast.  I planned on eating a good meal, but not overeating a good meal.  Turns out, I still ate too much, and did not feel great when I woke up this am as I still felt “full”

So the first big celebration of the holidays getting into full swing, and I did not do so well.  I ate and drank too much, and today I am not feeling my best.  So I remember, once again.  I remember why I eat healthy and exercise often and do my practice daily.  Because it makes me feel good, and I really like to feel good. So today I remember what is too much and what is not enough to keep my life full of love, grace, and gratitude.
