Trust is the inner knowing that you will be fine no matter what, even if you can’t possibly see how in a stressful or terrifying moment. When you trust that you are loved, supported, and taken care of, led by divine guidance, then you only need to pay attention and listen.
Trusting is opening to what you don’t know in this moment, in other words, trusting the mud.
Many years ago when I first got into the speaking business, my mentor and now dear friend, Mary LoVerde told me every time you want to get to another level, you have to go through the mud—that period when everything seems confusing, overwhelming, and downright impossible.
