A habit consists of four parts, all equally important:
Knowledge (what) + Skill (how) + Desire (want) + Practice (do)
The knowledge of what to do we can find in books, courses, and CDs. The skill comes with studying and coaching. The desire comes from within you because what you want to feel, be and live differently. The actual practice comes from you, when you honor your commitment to do it every day, no matter what. And in extreme circumstances, when life gets in the way and you skip a day, you pick it right back up the next day.
