Day 21 The Habit

They say it takes 21 days to make a habit.  I think it probably takes a little longer, but 21 is a great start.  I know now that when I don’t practice first thing In the morning, I feel like something is missing in my day;  I somehow don’t feel complete.

Becasue of this habit I am establishing I  feel like something is missing when I don’t’ practice.  How wonderful it is to get so used to something that makes me feel good, keeps me centered and intentional and improves the quality of my whole day.
