Finding Grace in Your Holiday

What do you want for Christmas this year? I don’t mean diamonds or cars, I mean what do you really want to feel more of in your life, not just at Christmas but for the whole next year? How about feeling more calm, beauty, joy, love, happiness, lightness, forgiveness, peace, permission, surrender, acceptance, patience, tolerance, sense of belonging, community, heart, connection, well-being, or safety? These are all qualities of grace: beauty and elegance in action. As one of my teachers, Sundari says, “Grace is not something to be achieved, but rather uncovered because it is already there”.

While we can all work at putting more energy into creating what we really want, one way to get their more easily and efficiently is by choosing a structured daily practice like the 30 Days to Grace CD.
