Day 2

Today was easier, at least getting out of bed was,  since my body still thinks it’s an hour later with the daylight savings time change.  I felt more in touch with my breathing this morning, but am still figuring out the poses.  Today I liked journaling the best.  Writing down my thoughts and feelings feels really grounding, even though I didn’t realize I had so many before I got I started. 

I feel really good about myself for having two days of the practice under my belt, and it is feeling more accessible to me.  I remain open.  Open to the process,  and open to all the possibilities and opportunities available to me in the next 30 days.
