Day 3

Big mistake.  Shut off my alarm and rolled over (for just for a minute that turned into 30).  Now I am late and rushing around to jump in the shower, figure out what I can wear and drive to an early morning appointment across town.  I have turned my whole morning into an “emergency”.  Does this ever happen to you?

But in spite of it all, I still did my practice.  My body is starting to “warm up” to the poses.  I am feeling more confident and more in my body instead of in my head.   With the different activities, I am able to focus on my intention in different ways, through breathing, moving, meditating, and writing.

Just three days under my belt and the lessons keep coming.  Tomorrow, I will not roll over, not even for a minute!
