The Eco-Cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation. Each Cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with solar hot water showers and everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide a comfortable and ecological setting.

WHAT TO BRING Pack lightly! A separate letter of recommended items will come after registration. In general the usual, yoga mat, bathing suit, sunglasses, sun screen, book, and a camera!
PASSPORT/ VISA/ VACCINATIONS You MUST have a valid passport to enter Costa Rica, it must not expire within 30 days of your arrival for Americans and 180 days for other nationalities. Please check with the appropriate consulate.
You do not need a Visa to visit Costa Rica, as an American, other nationalities should check with the consulate.
There are no necessary vaccinations for Costa Rica. However, if you are concerned about any potential illnesses or warnings, we recommend visiting the CDC website and address personal concerns with your family physician. Though there are mosquitoes and other insects, there are fewer concerns there than many American cities.
If you have a BEE allergy, please let me know, as there are scorpions that have a similar sting. THOUGH none have been seen by previous yoga retreaters, and the stings are rare, a couple Benadryl are excellent to have on hand if you have sensitivity. If you have a severe allergy, I want to make certain the necessary precautions are in place.

The power of “getting away” cannot be overstated.
There is something about changing your environment and energy on the outside that allows you inside passions and perceptions to awaken, renew, and revitalize. Retreats have been critical to me in my personal and professional development and facilitating others in a Retreat setting is one of my favorite things to do.
